Great, quick service. I really wish the complementary car wash was thorough. I’m pretty sure they just lightly spray it with water and maybe take a blow dryer to it.

I was not satisfied because I was originally promised something by mike Ortiz and anytime I brought it up the service employees were rude, not helpful and condescending. I will avoid bringing my car to Roseville Toyota in the future and I will continue to tell anyone I know about my experience there and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Well we had to keep it over night to have them figure out the issue! Well they did find it. But wanted an outrageous amount to fix. The new service advisor went home sick. So could find paperwork. Then went to drive it! It was worse to drive ithen when we dropped it off. It wasn’t that bad when we dropped it off. So disappointing!
