I brought my truck in on Saturday because I needed it done by the end of the weekend that’s why I brought it in or I would of done it myself for three times cheaper for sure I could of brought the same part for $75.00 and u guys charged me $480 and no discount either when your parts truck broke down and held me up even more and caused me to miss two days of work as said numerous times at check in and on phone that I needed the truck back for work because it’s a service truck and no rush or concerns. I do all my work on my cars usually and this is outrageous what u guys can charge and get away with on top of how much u charge for cars to begin with. I have always gone to auburn Toyota if needed in past and will continue to if needed at least they compensate or treat u with respect when something happens that’s there fault. U need to start charging what a small shop or any other service center would and not treat your loyal customers like your done golden place. Very disappointed thx Michael C

Car was done with service in about 30 mins. I went looking for my car after an hour. Had to wait for service writer to get time to let me know the car was ready. Wasted 45 minutes of my time.
My wife was notified on her phone that car was ready. She forwarded the messy to me whining was driving home. Service writer had my number.
I believe that my time was wasted by service writer being too busy. I did not feel like I was a valued customer. Bought my car there have all my service there but the last few times with service I have not been pleased. I will be considering going to a different Toyota dealership.
