You should not offer a car wash when it’s not a touchless one. And teach your service people about it!!! Seems silly that you sell Cilajet but can’t get your car washed there when you get service done! You should invest in a new car wash or quit up selling the Cilajet!

One last comment. And this was very important to me. I felt that I received fair service. And by this I mean that I didn’t feel talked down to or taken advantage of because I am an older woman who probably didn’t know much about cars and how they work! And believe me, this has happened to me twice just recently. And I will never take my car back to either of those places ever again!

I was surprised that Toyota has discontinued their courtesy shuttle service. Paul mentioned that Toyota uses Lyft, but I lived 2 miles out of the range. Seemed a little crazy. Prior to this I have always been satisfied with Toyota. Also I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Paul Koontz.

I was told in a early appointment,my transmission oil was dirty and needed to be change,bought it in in July,2019 for oil and lube servicing,then was told I had leak transmission pan correction,I was a ware of previous leaks of gaskets,I was told leaky seals in engine area,I spent over $1200.00 dollars to repair the leaks ,I was previously that I knew of,when I had work done in January,had to return car because I still had leak,then I was told my power steering was causing the leak,I was quoted over $900.00 to repair..My car is 2000 Camry and I do know parts wear out and need to be replaced,but I feel the repair was not done,because of a bad quote and quite a bit money spent on wrong repair,I believe Toyota management need to make it right,Lula W
