It was not properly service When I drive look like I was not given any discount Which I always have I was service Toyota from last several year,s Trouble put that amount on Toyota reward card. It is so difficult fir them to do so I am not happy with service Also not happy the amount they charge No discount for sinior.

The wait time to for my car to be done was excellent, but once ready to be picked up, the wait for the “valet” to bring my car around was much longer than it seems necessary.

Shane I thank you for everything and I respect you your knowledge and all your help where things went wrong is with Cole. Nick and Shane 10/10 stars in my book! Cole and I have some issues I will take up with corporate and look forward to it. I was yelled and screamed at when asking him questions over the phone and he just told me to drive the piss out of the truck until it breaks and tell Toyota I told u so. Is behavior towards me, lack of management, and he didn't want my truck parked there anymore for liability reasons. Yet my doors were unlocked on pick up and nothing was repaired as far as can gears or trimming checked. That all falls on Cole because Nick Shane and I all spoke on Friday and were sticking to the original plan.

Part of my viper blade broke off completely: when I complained service writer initially refused to take responsibility; I escalated to the GM upon which the service writer came back showed me in writing you all not responsible for damage to vehicle in car wash however he would be happy to pay and install a viper himself. At that point I refused because I have bought 3 Toyota Sienna Vans , 1 Highlander , 1 RaV 4 all Brand new . If anyone should pickup the tab and take responsibility it’s the dealership not the service writer . It’s not fair for the service writer to pay from his pocket that’s wrong and so I refused. I am considering buying another vehicle as this one is almost Paid off but I think I will switch to Honda .

The service assistant who provides service did not take the time to look up my past service of my vehicle has had. He took it upon himself to assume and right away to quote me the price of what my vehicle needed to be service; for instance, my vehicle has had service on my Hybrid. The service assistant was immediately quoting me to get this part of my vehicle service without looking up the history of my car. I do not know if they get a kick back on sales ??? Not good customer service. Also the Valet service forgot to bring my car to me after service; however, they did apologize and made it a point to correct the mistake. I appreciate it very much. The service assistant not clear in communication on what has been done on vehicles to what needs to be done. My impression was more about the up sale. Overall ok but not the best like usual. Oh by the way I checked my car in at 8:20 to get car service and did not get my car back until after 10:30. Never experienced this much late service getting a normal car service of oil change and tire rotation with car wash.
