The employee break room had a horrible smell that trickled into both waiting areas. Air fresheners should have been used. Also you should not call or text a customer that their vehicle is ready if you have not finished servicing their car. What I mean by this is if a customer opts for a car wash, complete the car wash first before telling a customer their vehicle has been “completely” serviced.
