Truck has a hop shimmy. It has been in now twice. The vehicle was sold with low pressure in the tires, I brought the vehicle in very shortly after purchase to address the low pressure and the shimmy. First attempt was a failure and I received my truck back with low tire pressure and was told they did the work of balancing and alignment and added air. How was air added if my truck has 25lbs of psi? No paperwork reflects that was done and my truck was given back to me with 25 lbs of pressure. I returned today to have this remedied as they were embarrassed that they failed to do what they signed off to do. Today, they failed again to balance the tires and to check alignment. This is a joke and sad and I had to tell them once again to check the truck. I am now waiting once again for the third time to get what needs done. After waiting 4 hours and being told everything is fine and they wouldn’t balance the tires saying it was done before in the first trp, I had to tell them that it wasn’t done as the tech let the truck go out the door with 25 lbs so clearly he didn’t touch those tires. Either by mistake, miscommunication, or whatever happened; they weren’t touched. I explained this and they finally examined them and found excessive road force on three tires and replaced them. I am not satisfied at how long this took, the back and forth, the lies and the general ****. I think the 4th tire probably needs replaced and asked for specs of that tire and for the allowable range for road force. I have not received that nor the call from the service manager as I requested. This was not a great time, it was a waste of everyone time but more so mine - the customer. What are you going to do to make it right? All this time wasted is not good business

When I first drove up to the service department I was greeted by a Valet who was about as friendly as a rattlesnake. Steve, the service technician that handled my service was great and I am very happy with the service that was done, but they missed that my tailgate handle was broken. No one pointed this out or offered to fix it (that is one thing I would have gladly paid extra for). My girlfriend wanted me to fix it myself anyways, which I will now definitely be doing (YouTube and Amazon). On the whole my service appointment was great, just could have been better.
