My Toyota Sienna with the BrawnAbility package battery died. As AAA wasn’t able to provide the battery I needed, I opted for a Toyota to assist. I called Toyota Roseville and was transferred to parts, told they had the battery and that it was on sale. I made a service appt. Mike Webster was great in handling. As it turned out, Toyota didn’t have the battery to accommodate the lift system. I went home very discouraged. This is not Mike’s fault, but parts. Sad when you check and can’t be helped.

Paul was great. As I came in to pick up my car a very agitated woman with two small kids were in front of me. Paul explained what could be done for her car problem throughly and with respect. When she called her husband to take care of the issue over the phone Paul did the same for him. This woman was clearly overwhelmed and upset yet Paul was able to stay calm, respectful and professional even when she was not. He then took care of me(as my car was not done when expected) with the same clear explanation and some humor. I was impressed with his ability to read his customer and act appropriately.
