I called and checked to make sure my tire was in stock before I made an appointment to fix my flat just in case it wasn't fixable. I was told it was in stock but that if I brought my car in that day they wouldn't guarantee it would be finished until the next day. I need my car for work so I made an appointment for the next day as soon as they opened. I was very ill but everyone I knew had jobs that made it so they could not pick me up so I had to wait for my car at the dealership. I ended up waiting over five hours because the tire was not in stock and for some reason the truck bringing it was super delayed. Payton was great at keeping me in the loop and even though it was not his fault he apologized. I really appreciate the care and time he took to help me. I was very disappointed at the wait time especially since I checked before I made the appointment and had to work that night.

Rebekah was great.
However, the woman at the valet desk is not a great driver. She drove really fast moving another car out of the bay and then in my car to deliver it to me. There are a lot of pedestrians and cars. It just seemed unsafe. I was concerned for the people as well as for my car.
