Very unprofessional. Personnel was chewing gum while talking to me. As an advisor, you never ask a customer to walk to parts department and ask for availability of parts needed for the car. It’s always the advisor’s job to interact with the parts department and get the information to relay to the customer. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or just being lazy. Had Lexus, Honda, bmw and audi before and their advisors are always on top of their service.

I had a surprise flat tire and ended up having my car towed because my Prius does not come with a spare tire! I made an appointment for 8:20 Monday morning. It took 4 1/2 hours to change one tire perform a multi-point inspection. I was asked if I wanted my car washed and I said yes please. When it was brought to me it had not been washed. I had no time to wait longer for it to be done at that time. After looking at my receipt it indicated that it had been washed.
I was grateful for the courtesy Lyft ride.

The Service Manager was somewhat abrupt telling me he couldn't take walk-ins as he had 50 appointments scheduled for the day and only five mechanics. He finally accepted my oil change and said it would take two hours. Three hours late my vehicle was ready. Oh well!
