I was totally satisfied with how Chris handled everything. I wasn’t happy, however that they forgot to run my car through the car wash - again - at the end of the service. This is the second time in a row that happened. When I asked the valet about it, he just said, “Oh, they must have closed the wash right before being able to run yours through.” But then another car got pulled up behind me with water dripping off of it, so it had clearly been washed. I didn’t call him on it at the time, I just drove off felling like he very likely lied to me to move things along because he was clearly in a hurry. It annoyed me for a few hours after. This happened about 1:00, so I know they didn’t shut it down for the day. The rest of the service was great. It was just annoying that I now have to spend $10 to get a car wash at the local venue because it needs it and I don’t live super close to the dealership to go back and make an issue of it.

My service advisor (Mike) never called me. I had to call over and over until I finally spoke to Steve. He was great and followed through by calling me and giving me status updates.
I will never go back to see Mike again. He gave me incorrect information about my 2020 Tundra at my 5,000 and 10,000 mile service. He told me that my limited truck didn’t have the remote connect option and that’s why the remote start want working. This was the worst service experience I’ve had with one of my vehicles.
The tech repaired the issue with my remote start at my recent 15,000 service and it works great now.
