The advisor very helpful, she did the job, but the technician did very bad job to install my noon roof Camry 2019 brand new car, He broke the wind curtain on right side, and the roof not completed close....
I very very disappoint and don’t trust mechanical Toyota now, i don’t know they are certified for Toyota or not, now i need to bring the car back next week
They screw my weekend my day off it ****
I hope The Management resolve this issue for me

The service and the advisor was great.
The call before is not acceptable. They should call 2 to 3 days ahead, but instead I got a call less than 24 hours ahead as a reminder.
The call was at 12:20pm the day before for a 7am appointment.
If the call center refuses to do calls more in advance why not do a 3 or more day email reminder?
Seems like anytime I try to talk to upper management at Roseville Toyota I can never get to the right person. Never have I been able to talk to a VP or higher!

When I called for the appointment for the routine servicing, I asked you to look at the lumina bra that was starting to peel away. After I got there I was told to call someone else regarding this matter. I don’t consider this good customer service!

I had to come back because after their service was done, there was a horrible noise when applying the brake and going over a speed bump. A supervisor said he blew out brake dust, which did resolve the noise.
