It was a terrible experience for me there today. No one listens, no one followed my very specific request to not "wash" my car, my car was lost (that's right, LOST) for a period of time. Barbara didn't do anything to help or apologize. Worst experience ever having a car serviced.

I was told that the service would take less than an hour and it took over 2 hours. Was told my car was ready and stood outside in the cold for a good 15 min before it was brought around to me. I plan on trying another dealer for my next service.
