Michael North was very helpful and made my experience at Toyota less stressful then it could've been. Today was the first time my family and I have been to the Toyota dealership in the automall and we Almost didn't come back because the problem we went to get fixed wasn't fixed but Michael was very knowledgeable and helped us with other ways we could fix the issue. We will gladly come back because of how helpful Michael was.

They done really good work on my car. One thing i noticed that there’s white or yellow column there’s checked that need to be recommended to replace a air filter and other related to air filter.. they should replace it since I have 3 years of maintenance warranty.. that is all.

The service was great and Mrs Payton was super friendly. Only thing I did not was that there were two girls who were fighting to drive my car back to the oil change area. I purposely watched and recorded her driving over all the speed bumps fast and not even caring.
