Paul has been great through the whole process. He was friendly, approachable, expedient, responsive, understanding, and even suggested creative solutions to consider in the future. I am extremely unhappy that Toyota is installing only soy-based coating on their wires. Please go back to petroleum-based coatings! Soy is food for mice, rats and all rodents that like to hand around vehicles. What were you thinking?!? I cannot tell you how upsetting this is. We have always preferred Toyotas (we have three now) but how can we comtinue to afford to buy and maintain them if they'll turn into rodent motels that become stationary objects? It makes absolutely no sense. Please pass these thoughts onto the Toyota design team of decision-makers. Thank you! The mechanic was great too. Thanks!
