They aren't huge things, and may not seem important, but they are annoyances which reflect on your service: 1. I requested a car wash and when my car was delivered, it was still dirty. I was told the wash was closed today. Do I care that it was a drizzly day? No. I needed my car washed, and it wasn't done. A "rain check" doesn't help me today. And 2, I can't tell you how much a bother it is to have my key removed from my key ring. I had to get a tool to open the tiny ring to get it reattached. Little things; but big negatives.
