I was offered a free car wash. However when my vehicle was returned to me I was disappointed to see it was all wet all over and not even dried.
I went to see a customer service representative to help me setup some of the
safety features of my car. One of sales representative told me that they would be coming in around 9:00-9:30am. There was one person I believed from the sales management (Sorry I forgot to get his name) who willingly assisted me & help setup the safety features. Great thanks! Then I showed him the still we parts of my car. He told me to go back to Service Department which I did. One lady service advisor told me that the blower to dry the car is not working! She added
that it is a free car wash anyway. I am very disappointed of this kind of treatment from your staff. I am your customer and I believe I should be treated with courtesy & respect.
