I brought my car in because my brake on the right front was making a lot of noise, metal on metal and grinding. I assumed I would be getting a full brake job to fix it. Jon said there was a service bulletin about this particular situation on 2017 and 2018 Rav4s. It turned out I owed nothing for the brake job. Thank you Jon. Also one of the valet's helped me to sync my new phone to the Blue Tooth in my car. It was a great visit. Thank you.
