When I made my appointment via the call center on my first attempt to come in the woman was short with me and rudely told me I could not get a lyft to work when I dropped off my vehicle because it was for minimal maintenance. I asked her if something had changed because I always bring mine and my husbands vehicles in to your location over Yuba City (where we bought our vehicles and live near) because of the convenience of dropping off my vehicle before work and coming back on my break is so nice. She again with a short and rude response told me that was not the policy and I shouldn’t be getting lyfts for minimal maintenance. I decided to not book my appt and cool down from her phone call. Called back a few days later and made my appt. When I made my appt I asked when my last oil change was because I thought I might be due. I was told that I was not due for one and was booked an appointment for just minimal service check/ maintenance on my vehicle. I called my own lyft to work and when I got to the counter I was told infact I was due for a oil change that I was 2k over! The in house service is always great but I don’t think I’ll be using the call center anymore.
