Michael Weber was great to deal with. Very professional, attentive and courteous.
More transparency would be appreciated for example, samples of all the oil etc.

I have been to dealership twice in the last 2 weeks and Michael North was extremely good at what he does. He has treated me with respect and did not speak down to me or make me feel like a stupid female. Me North kept me abreast of everything going with my car. Last year I had a different
advisor and I swore I’d never return to Roseville for service again because of the way I was treated by John Pepper they were the worst experiences I’ve aver had.
He was very condescending and disrespectful. Thank you Michael for a great job.

Longer wait time than was anticipated. Dropped car off at 1:20 pm, receptionist I made appointment with said it’ll be an hour, received text message that car was finished at 3:05 pm. Otherwise, this was not the longest I have ever waited but I needed to be out quicker.
