Check of my battery &I was told it was 125cca. I said I bought it 2 months ago. I was not able to get it to Toyota dealerships. USSA helped me. Within a minute I was told they retested the battery & it was now 650-600cca. Lost some trust in Toyota. Also was told my brake fluid was dark Feel like I should get a second opinion on that.

We waited for a VERY long time (5 hours with two kids) in the waiting area for my vehicle. Finally, we were given a rental.
We got a call from Cory the next day (around 2:00pm) that our vehicle was ready. I drove out by 3:00 and when we arrived, was told that it wasn’t ready yet.
The communication was horrible and I plan on working with another advisor moving forward.
