Cory was great explained everything. Everyone else seemed very unhappy. On checking out Cory was on break so another person helped. She was abrupt and uninterested in my questions based on how fast she walked away. The young lady at the concierge desk was dismissive as well. I was surprised with the overall air of discontent.
