Stop lying to your LOYAL customers!!!!
Don’t tell them that they have bumper to bumper full coverage and mislead them into thinking they can get something as simple as their heater fixed and that it would be covered under warranty and put them in a rental car (also supposed to be covered under the warranty) and then turn around and slap them with a $2500 fee and say “oops sorry you don’t really have full bumper to bumper coverage.. we lied to you so now you’re ****. Because you have to pay for all this”
Needless to say, I will never be dealing with your **** company ever again!
