I would like Michael Webster to be my service manager all the time. Some service mgrs are not good, some are not looking to their computers and some are just not helpful and quite a disappointment. Michael Webster has a great sense of customer service and respect to customer and I'm just kinda wondering why was he was not chosen to be the employee of the year last year. This is just base on my experience to 4-5 service manager there at toyota. Thank you.
