Everyone was great but for the second time, the courtesy car wash is horrible! It leaves my car looking worse than when I brought it in. Now I have to go wash it agin. Everyone else is great!! I just won’t use the car wash again.

I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes with no ETA given. When I asked after an hour, I was told that technician is working on it, when the reality was car was standing outside of work area. I waited 20 minutes and it wasn't taken for car wash. So, I inquired again and then action happened.
Long story short, little frustrated to see no respect for my time.

Steve was great as always, but the technician did not note about the wear on the tread on two tires which I’m unhappy about. I bring the car to be serviced every 5,000 miles and it was not noticed on the previous service either. The tires have a 70,000 mile warranty, so now I don’t know if it will help
