Mike keep me well informed on the changes toto the delivery time but it seemed the maintenance shop was running behind all day today. A two hour estimate ended up being almost three hours and the alignment wasn't done. Again Mike kept me posted and "owned" the issue but the end result was not good when compared to all my previous maintenance experiences.
