Working with Michael North to solve my vehicle’s main problem was made very easy and pleasant. He understood the pRobles quickly and immediately looked up the current warranty value of my damaged tire ( that was originally purchased at Roseville Toyota. He helped me get it fixed in time to make it home in time before my husband’s caregiver had to leave.

Conor was great, but every time my car goes through the wash at your facility it comes out with new dents and a bent license plate. It also doesn’t really get cleaned. Lessons learned. I know it’s complimentary, but it shouldn’t damage my vehicle. It also took them about 30 minutes to pull my car up. After about 15 I told them I was late for an appointment and needed it, but it took another 15. Total about 2 hrs to rotate tires and change a bulb/air filter, and a new dent in my fender and bent license plate.
