The service writer said it would be about an hour. It was an hour and a half and then I got to valet and they hadn’t even washed it. Normally it doesn’t take that long and there is better communication with delays. I was customer waiting.

I asked if they would be topping off my wiper fluid and they didnt fill it at all but they marked it was full on the checklist. They asked if I'd like a carwash and I said yes, however I got my car back with gunk and grime on the front end and windshield, back windows was still covered in dirt and rim's were filthy.
I assume the oil change was good but other than that I cant say much. With the exception of it was done in an hour.
