Everything was fantastic until my Highlander was delivered wet. I brought it in super clean, detailed & told 3 people not to wash it. If it wasn’t washed then someone sprayed water all over it. It’s happened before & someone needs to fix this. Cory was super, the valets were also but whomever from the svc bay to it being delivered is not making me able to give you a thumbs up. Now I have to rewash & detail it again when I had just done it the day before I brought it in.
