I really like Mr Christ Martinez the way he served the customer. My appointment was at 4:00pm yesterday, but I got off work at 3:00pm and because of heavy traffic, so I was coming late; I arrived at Toyota service at 5:00pm. But Mr Christ still gave me the service.
I’m so appreciated of his service, other wise I have to come back for another time.

Picked up my car and the driver floor mat was taken and thrown on the passanger side then when i grabbed it to put it back i cut myself on the spikes that hold it in place. Then as i was driving home a plastic cover behind my glove box fell out and wasn’t secured after the cabin air filter was checked and my keyring was removed from my house keys and just left in my cup holder. I always get my car serviced at Roseville toyota and usually never had this happen.

I do not appreciate how I had to bring my car in for a leak and when my tires were rotated they were not balanced. So I had to bring it back in AND PAY $69.99 to get my tires balanced because the vehicle was un-drivable. Thanks
