02/02/2020 I gave the car for service, oil change, wheel rotation. in the front left wheel there was a nail piercing. On Saturday, the service for replacing the wheels did not work and I was forced to arrive on Monday (02/03/2020). for the insurance that I pay, I need to change the wheel, which did not happen on Monday. I waited two hours, just lost time and left. the puncture was repaired so that I could ride a few days before being replaced with a non-punctured wheel. why then do I pay for this insurance ??? Thank you

This is the second time Toyota has taken longer than they promised the vehicle would take. Today’s visit took 1 hour and 51 minutes (when I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time) and I was told it would take 1 hour. I was then went outside to let valet know I was waiting for my vehicle where they then made me wait for over 16 minutes in the cold to collect my vehicle, all the while I could see it sitting in the parking lot. After waiting for over 10 minutes I approached valet again to inquire where my vehicle was, I was told it is coming out of the car wash and into the dryer. I could see my vehicle sitting in the parking lot. NOT IN A DRYER. I was annoyed, but regardless I remained patient and waited. Someone then got into the drivers seat of my vehicle (which was still clearly in the parking lot... NOT the dryer) and drove my vehicle up for me. I have been coming to this specific Toyota for service because it used to be superior, but it is clearly becoming like all the rest. Promises of an hour, but waiting for at least 2 hours to get my vehicle back. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be.

Kyle said that my tires had dry rot. He said he would show me when my car was ready, but he wasn't around when the car was ready so another customer service rep looked and said the side of the tires were a little dry, but safe to drive until worn down to the wear bars. Not cool to sell tires this way.
