I’m pretty disappointed with the process today. I warned Derek of an issue I had the last time I came to service and had to return the next day to solve the problem. I also warned I was right on time but was able to wait for my vehicle. I was not made aware that I could use rear brakes until the end of my service, not mid service while they had the vehicle open and moving. I tell him I’ll have to come back now at this time. I pay and leave. First, the alerts were not turned off and had to turn around and return to have them disabled in the dash. Then, after that is taken care of I leave again only to find the exact same issue that happened the first time is happening again and my tires are all out of balance. I then turn around....again....to notify him of the problem to have to schedule another day (tomorrow) to come back as the vehicle is barely drive-able. Very disappointed in the way my issues have occurred and have been handled. This was my second chance as I was disappointed last time as well.
