They addressed my issue immediately. We were looking for a sound that the new brakes are making. In the time period we had we couldn't duplicate the sound with the tech. He drove the vehicle and then I drove with the tech. Agreed that when there is more time we will attempt to identify what is causing the periodic sound. I'm glad they were willing to listen and try to solve the issue.
