The only thing that upsets me is the time frames that they stated for service. They said it’s going to be an hour I came back at two hours and then had to wait another hour still. When they say it’s ready and then it takes another 20 minutes for them to pull the car around. I would prefer the honesty of time and make sure it’s pulled around to the pick up spot when they say it’s ready to pick up.

The only issue I had with this visit is that my car was not wash as offered. I understand it was free but why offer it if it’s not going to be done. My car was done at 1000 but I could not pick up until noon. I got there and they said it still needed to be washed I told them I could not wait any longer as I had to get back to work. Other than that the service was great.
