Had truck serviced, noticed when I got home positive battery cable was completely covered in corrosion, coming out the side of the terminal cover.
Looking at the checkout sheet battery box checked as good, question would be was the battery checked? What else probably never got checked but shown as such.
Been a customer a long time, seems as the dealship grew the service now is expensive & lacking...
Nothing to discuss, please don't call me, I'm just disappointed.

I really appreciated all the staff- from Ray at the check in drive, the wonderful young lady in your office who is very courteous and knowledgeable and guys doing all the work to secure my catalytic converter who showed me the whole apparatus, what they were going to be doing and even showing me the rebar. Then when I picked it up they had great photos of the work they did. They were all just great !

Chris Martinez was amazing, however Rebekah Huey has no business being in customer service. On top of being rude she gave me completely wrong information. I never leave reviews that are not good, but this was more than I could handle. Rebekah Huey is a big two thumbs down and gave the entire dealership a negative experience.

Threatened to keep my car when I pushed back on accepting responsibility for something I did not cause. Jumped to conclusion that a far fetched scenario was responsible for the malfunction light being on without evidence. There was no evidence that anything was wrong with the car other than the malfunction light being on. Should have agreed to my request not to be charged without threatening to keep my car. I had to explain that I know my rights and am an attorney in order to get the service covered. Did not cover the rental car expense. When I tried to get the rental fee waived by the supervisor, I was told that the only way I could recover the 40 plus dollars was to get the warranty company to agree the problem was covered by the warranty. Roseville Toyota could have easily, at least, agreed to waive the rental car fee since it is a Roseville Toyota car that was rented out to me. Clearly the error light went on with no evidence of anything being wrong with the car. Roseville Toyota should apologize for my inconvenience of having to miss hours of my life for nothing and take it up themselves with the Franchisor. I should not be in the middle of the Franchisee/Franchisor relationship. You all should work among yourselves to figure out who eats the cost of an error light malfunction and I should not be left to pick up the bill. I want my 40 plus dollars back. When I had my last two cars, Volvos, the company was easy to deal with, never threatened to keep my car, and was so accommodating every time something went wrong with the cars. The only reason I switched to Toyota was because of getting better mileage for the environment. But, you will not get my brand loyalty if you nickel and dime me. Please refund my money immediately. If you do not, I may pursue further action for the principle of the matter. Margie E
