No complaints with Cory, just with the company policy. I bought a used 2018 4Runner, from a rental company, that was still under warranty. Since the tires on the vehicle were worn I had them switch the wheels from another vehicle of the same make/model/year. Within a couple of days the the tire pressure light came on but all tires had air. Although all sensors were fine and operable I was charged $165.00 since they had to be recalibrated to my vehicle. Not a tough job! I would like to think a company that wanted to earn my business would have done this under warranty in hope's that they would earn a new customer for future maintenance and purchases. Unfortunately that did not happen and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

For 69 dollars I would expect the service to be done correctly.
The truck was 1/2 quart short on oil
Its evident that the drive shafts were not lubricated. Also a bolt was stripped on the skid plates.
I was planning on having Roseville Toyota perform the Timing Belt and Water Pump replacement. If you can't get a simple oil change correct, how can I trust you on anything more complicated.
You have just lost a loyal customer of over 17 years.

However, it was the second time I brought my vehicle for the same exact issue, and the first time team couldn't determine the tire issue, but this time they were able to find and fix the issue pretty quickly.
