I have purchased a half dozen vehicles from you over the years, and I have never had a complaint. This time was a whole different story. Service rep was totally professional and I’d give him an A+...but the job that usually takes an hour took two hours, and when my car was delivered, it was still wet with water sitting all over it; I asked to get it wiped down; then I get in my car and the steering wheel has been moved down to the lowest position; then my keys had been taken off the ring and my house key was missing!! So, yes the rep in service was terrific; the rest of it was not!
