I dropped off my truck Friday night after 5 o’clock for service. I told them that I would pick up the truck after finishing golf Saturday after they notified me. I picked up my truck Saturday at approximately 1130 and drove it home and parked it. I did not use the truck at all that day as we were Already using another vehicle. Sunday morning I got up and went out to the truck and as I entered I noticed that there was scratches on the door. The truck had not been used nor was it in a position to where it could have been contacted by anything in my driveway. It was obvious that the damage had been done at the dealership. I immediately drove the truck back to the dealership and pointed out the scratches and also had my receipts from the service. I asked the service representative to compare it with my check in papers showing that there was no damage other than had been noted on my truck. She explained to me that there was no one there that could do anything and that she would have the service manager contact me regarding my claim of damage after they had checked videos and whatever. I am at this point waiting to be contacted by service and hopefully we will be able to remedy the damage with little or no trouble. I am disappointed that the vehicle was not taken care of properly and that the car was damaged while in your care.

Two items were in the yellow, cabin and engine filters. Would have preferred a call while you had the car to give me the option to change those out.

Mike and Paul in the Service Department were great and I am satisfied with Service Department. I can't say the same for the Sales or Parts Department. When i purchased my Tacoma TRD, I was told I would be invited to a new customer owners event where we would be introduced to all the truck option's, how they work and offered lumch. We would also be able to purchase truck accessories at a discounted price for new owners. Meedless3 to say that never happened. I have even called and requested information and continually been told that there was an event planned and I would be contacted. Unfortunately that hasn't happened and it's been over a year. So thank you Service Department for following through, I appreciate it.

Cory was good at his craft. (As is Kyle S). It was busy that day. Stacked up actually. Cory apologized for any delays... It took 10 min just to speak with him. Busy; PR; plenty of customers; plus now you have “complimentary Lyft”. That all together equals ‘job security’. I live 40 min away in Elk Grove. Yet I drove to ROSEVILLE to buy my Camry. And I still drive to ROSEVILLE for any maintenance on my Camry, simply because I like the way I’m treated at ROSEVILLE VS the way I’m treated at Elk Grove Toyota. My cash is good anywhere.
