I had a couple things that needed looking at on the vehicle. When I got to my appointment they said they were understaffed and couldn’t look at it until 5 hours later. I couldn’t wait that long and live an hour away. Very disappointed, they said I’d have to make another appointment, after initially asking me if there were other issues at the time The appt was made. Also they failed to wash the car or ask if it was needed. Service seems to be getting worse.
