Also by the way I love your popcorn.I thought a solution would be still make the popcorn and have the servers where the drinks are served the popcorn with gloves on. This was the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. To tell you my life story I will begin by when I called to schedule an appointment on (7/20) due to needing a tire replaced. I schedule the appointment and when I arrived, (Payton) my service advisor told me he can’t help me today because the claims department was already closed, but he did reschedule me for the following day (7/21). I went home and came back the next day at my appointment for 10:45. I checked in at 11:10 and was told that the service to change me tire would take 1 hour and 30 minute.... exactly two hours later, at 1:10 I can back to the advisor desk to ask how much longer I should wait. I was told that my car had not been looked at yet, that they are too backed up, and that I need to wait an additional 30 min. I tried to be understanding and at 1:45 (35 min later) came back to check up on if it was done yet.. I was told it still being serviced. I was then told by a service technician that it will be another 15 minute. After waiting the 15 minutes I became a bit frustrated due to all of these false promises and asked to speak with the manager. Mind, it is already 2:10pm (3 hours of waiting) I spoke to Cole the manager who took care of the situation pretty quick and got my care back to me by around 3:25pm. Cole also told me that he would follow up with me about this situation the following day (7/22)... but that never happened either (another false promise). Today is 7/25 and I was waiting till now to see maybe he would keep his promise and maybe Toyota would come through, but never mind I only got my hopes up. To finish off this life story that no one will bother to read and change anything... I just wish that I was told a time frame and I don’t care about waiting 3 hours or even 10 hours just as long as I am told a time frame and I can make plans. I was told 1:30min which is doable by sitting and waiting for service to be done, but if I was told initially that it would be 3+hrs then I would have dropped the car off and went home or reschedule for a different time. Maybe the company needs to give accurate time frames or stop taking on so much responsibility that they can’t handle... Those are just some suggestions that a critical thinker can quickly come up with to resolve this issue of so many unhappy customers. Just to top this off and brag a bit, I including my family (mom and sister) have bought a total of 7 cars from Roseville Toyota.. I believe that holds value and I can proudly say that I shop there and recommend this location to many people but I’m done. Going forward I’ll take my business else where. I know 7 cars isn’t a lot but I think that still makes up business. I believe I’m done complaining now but I just wish for once Toyota kept their word and not just brushed you off when it came to servicing your vehicle.. I do very much know from experience that everyone will get on their knees when you are looking to buy a car, but when that deal is done you are left in the trash and no one cares. That is how I feel, but I’m sure that also doesn’t matter to Toyota. Ok I’m down now, thanks for hearing me out.

It was a pleasure working with Michael North for the first time. He’s a knowledge advisor and was able to replace our front and rear brakes for a great price. He promptly called after the service tech did an inspection to inform us of the repairs. We have 3 Toyota vehicles that we service at Roseville Toyota for the past 10 years and thank you for quality service. Micheal also was able to take care of a recall item and get us back our vehicle the same day.
