The likes of Mr. Chris Martinez is one of the many reasons why I keep coming back to Toyota of Roseville even of I have the option of going somewhere cheaper. Toyota became a part of our family as we have been driving a Toyota Sienna for at least 14 years. Our second Sienna was “born and raised” in Roseville Toyota and will probably “grow old” there, too. I cannot entrust the safety of our vehicle and my family with anyone else. With Toyota of Roseville I am sure that our vehicle is safe and properly maintained.

Your rep failed to mention what I had to do to get my car after checking out.
I sat outside in heat for 15-20 minutes before I realized I was the only person waiting. Not to mention I had already been waiting for 2 hours just for oil change.
I probably wouldn’t even have written this, but when I went to ask her what I had to do she said “check in with valet”. I told her it would have been nice to know that since I had told you it’s my first time bringing it to this dealership.
Instead of apologizing she made a rude comment “I’m pretty sure I told you that” as she walked away to her coworkers. .
The reality is she assumed I was just like every other customer who’s been there before and didn’t pay attention to the detail I told her in the beginning of our transaction that it was my first time as I had just moved to the area.
Rude and unprofessional. We have owned Toyota vehicles since 2001 and never have I encountered a service rep like that.

Austin was very nice, well informed and explained the me in detail what my tire estimate was and why, didn’t try to sell any extras or try to convince me to buy the tires that were suggested. My previous time at that facility I was pushed and pushed to try to get me into a new car and once I mention the amount that I could pay (my wife was not there to run her credit report as well) and it was about 1/2 of what they quoted they (manager and sales person) got up, said OK and left without a “thank you for your time” or a “sorry we couldn’t help you today” but we’re very friendly when they thought I would buy a car from them. Have more employees like Austin and not like the other two.
