Vehicle was in there over 4 days and the problem was not fixed. Kept getting the runaround about what the issue was and whether it would be covered by Toyota or their contracted 3rd party installer. The service representative did not offer a rental to me to assist with transportation. I was not given a definitive answer on what part is broken. The service representative didn’t even compensate my oil change or offer a discount coupon as a customer service compensation for this complete inconvenience. My vehicle has under 30k miles I’m not satisfied with Toyota and their “Reliability” experience thus far.

I received a call from Alex asking if I wanted to replace some filters. I felt that my vehicle was very new and would not require those filters so I said no and he told me my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. I went over to his station and there was another customer there so I waited for about 20 minutes when the other adviser offered to assist me. That was when we found out my vehicle was not ready yet and he had a mix up and called me on another vehicle. He said my vehicle would be ready soon and to wait at the pick up area. I waited for another 45 minutes with no status. I finally went to talk to the Service Manager. I finally got my vehicle shortly after. This is the worst experience I ever had at Roseville Toyota!!!

I had an appointment @ 12 and was there for 2 1/2 hrs before they even touchedy truck and went and complained and a total of 3hrs I was there. I had never had a problem before then and the service advisor was not very helpful with the situation and pretty darn rude. Next time don't over book people with appointments and take the people who have appointments before the walk in/drop off service. People call to make appointments for a reason to get quality care and to not have to wait hrs for a 30in to HR service on their vehicle. People pay good money for vehicles and money to maintain to their vehicles. Just be mindful of the people who make appointments for your service for quality care of their vehicles and their time.
