Austin is great she has helped each time I bring my truck in. I was very concerned because your reviews are so low on yelp. But Austin is always very considerate and cares about my vehicle needs. There were reviews stating Lugnuts were broken off fluids weren’t topped off. And I discussed my concerns with her and she made sure my truck was taken care of successfully.

I wanted to know why the technician couldn’t just change the “Odometer/Trip” bulb in my mom’s 2003 Avalon dash and had to replace the complete middle dash module instead for ~$500. I was told by my administrative service person, up front, that I couldn’t speak with the technician doing the work in order to find out, and, yet, my administrative service person wouldn’t give me a definitive answer why! ——definitely, not acceptable.

It was a pleasure having Alex assisting me. Alex have been very helpful in answering all my questions and updating me about my vehicle recalls. Despite how busy he was, he continued to be patience with me, provde me options, and explained me the payment plans for my 90k vehicle services. Alex is
a knowledgeable employee, for example, I had letter regarding my vehicle paint peeling and he immediately informed me that Roseville Toyota is partner with Auburn Toyota to assist me with that specific case. Alex went above and beyond to search for the phone number to reach Auburn Toyota manager to make an appointment because the they ran out of their business card. Will definitely request Alex W. Even though the outcome wasn’t exactly what I was expecting I do feel that I was given an excellent customer service. Austin worked with me to the best of our ability to help resolve the problem. In the end the problem might be a manufacturing issue but Austin did leave me feeling satisfied even though I didn’t get what I initially thought I should get.
