I was COMPLETELY satisfied with my initial service representative, Barbara Robertson. She quickly executed check-in and facilitating an Uber for my ride home while I waited for my repairs. She also handled my return ride and checkout after Michael did not.
I was NOT satisfied with my service when provided by Michael or the operator who answered the general service phone line. I got a text from Michael that my car was ready. I texted back asking for a ride to be arranged. I waited an hour with no response. I called Michael's number, voicemail. I called Barbara, voicemail. I called the general service number (phone tree). The representative said he would pass my request to Michael but I didn't get the impression he would follow-up or ensure I would get a ride. I waited another 30-60 minutes, no call, no text. I called Barbara. She answered and immediately set up a ride. I was picked up on less than 10 minutes. Barbara checked me out quick and I was home quickly.

I typically am satisfied with service here. But my last visit was not the best experience. I called a few days ahead to confirm parts were available to perform a recall service. I was told they were and proceeded scheduling a service on my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off the day of service and received a call an hour or so later. The advisor stated they actually cannot perform the recall service to my vehicle. The reason was because they don't have the parts on hand,and that they would have to order them. Even though I called days ahead to confirm they were. I am not sure where the disconnect occurred, but I was not happy to say the least. Especially for wasting my time and gas driving out there. This was due to the fact that Roseville Toyota was the only dealership that had the parts "on hand". Vs the dealerships closer to Elk Grove that didn't.

I was initially quoted about 850. When I brought the car in after making the appointment they tried to charge me over 1k. I had complained and they said 900. After they started the job they said they would have to disable my kick feature for the hatch. The service advisor didn’t seem to have a clue. When I finally picked up the vehicle the service advisor told me that he was going the have to charge me more because it took along time to do. That his team hasn’t done these before. I complained and he brought the price back down. He seemed to want to argue with me about everything. My wife and I change cars about every three years we have purchased and had Nissan service for about the last 15. I hope I didn’t make a mistake going with Toyota. The first service I had was fine this last one was a stressful nightmare. Jason nEeds product and customer service training for sure.
