This next comment had nothing to do with Michael but with other personnel. I saw a few people not wearing masks at all in the morning when I dropped off my car and these same people not wearing masks when I picked my car up. Also the man sitting in the cashier area kept his mask around his neck but not over his mouth or nose. Another dark haired man in the desk area next to Michael had his mask off and was speaking in a very loud voice. None of this is good.

Connor Eagan was great he explained everything in terms I could understand as long as I have a Toyota and am in Roseville I will only come to Roseville Toyota because of the great service I would recommend him to anyone who needs service

Service was terrible. I made an appointment and came 30 minutes before my appointment. The technician told me it would take about 2 hours (change the oil and change the oil filter) only. I spent 3 and 1/2 hours there. After my car came I saw the maintenance light still on, seems like they didn’t even work on my car. This is the worst service I have ever gotten before the workers just kept saying sorry which is not an excuse. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I liked this place before but now everything has changed. Thank you for the most terrible service ever.

Check in was very quick especially given the line of cars. When I explained my reason for being there to the service advisor she was very understanding. My car was quickly evaluated and I was assured that everything was okay.

Was disappointed after being told my service would take between 1 and 2 hrs when I made my appointment last week, so I made the earliest appointment possible (7am) and was there 20min prior to my appointment to try and get it taken care of before work, only to be told it wouldnt be looked at for over 4 and half hours after dropping off my vehicle. Seems ridiculous that making an appointment for first thing actually means 4.5hrs before even diagnosing. Most likely will be looking for another service center for future needs

I waited for one hour to have air put in my tires. I had an appointment to avoid the wait. I was in earlier in the day and was told if I made an appointment it would only take about 15 minutes. The agent did not apologize. I did NOT have an hour ....actually more time if you count check in and put....just to have air in my tires. I was not a happy customer. P.s. the only reason I went Toyota was I purchased my tires there a few months ago.

I made an appointment and whwn I arrived all was good, I was early for my appt. then I did not get an update until I had to go ask for it an hour an a half later, found out my car did not go in to get the rotation until almos 2 hours later. Why make an appt if yjis always happens!! An appointment supposed to be a little easier on wait times.
