I had an appointment for 9:30am and the car wasn’t worked on till after 1:30-2pm, and the car was not finished till about 4pm. What’s the point of having an appointment if the car is going to sit half a day. I would rather have dropped the car off at 1pm.

Also Corey helped me. Very nice boys. They even wore their masks! The intake girl was super nice. And Valet girls were sweet. I really did not like it that my car was not washed or vacuumed. Ford always did that for me.
