Was sold a vehicle and after asking lori if the used car's warranty covered the clutch and transmission she said yes. Approx 3000 miles later the clutch goes out and then it's a game fighting with your company on while lori keeps changing the story of it was covered but now it's partially covered to its not covered. You know the end result in which I had to pay approx $1000 to get the car fixed. That was after 2 weeks with no rental but as soon as your tech installed my clutch wrong I get a rental. Now the car sounds different and I'm assuming it's due to your installation.

I’ve had issues with the blind spot monitoring with this truck since I bought It. Once I picked It up after paying over $900 for my 60k service the Blind spot monitor alert was going off. I immediately turned back and spoke with the service associate and after he briefly looked inside the truck he went into what felt like an interrogation about a rear end collision. He was sure that there must have been some sort of collision which simply is not been the case since I’ve had this issue for over three years which is all documented in your system. I told him that they had replaced the sensors at one point and he told me he could not see that in any notes. Well I went out to my truck where I keep all of my documentation and found the work order where they already replaced the sensors. Kyle seemed to feel this was coming. Out of his pocket or something and was not helpful whatsoever. Very smug attitude I would not recommend him to anyone and the crazy thing is that after leaving the first time after my service I would have said It was a great experience but the way he handled the situation after that was terrible. Almost felt like he was trying to scare Or discourage me by saying multiple times that if I come back on the 28th to have this issue looked at and they determine It was a “collision” which is **** that I would have to owe $331 just to pull the bumper and asses the issue. Well, like i said before it’s been an ongoing issue that comes and goes and has been replaced once before. I spent a lot of money on my truck and payed It off and want It to last with no issues. This situation should be fixed and Kyle needs some training on how not to be an **** to customers that are telling him what’s going on. I’ll be back on July 28th and expect this issue to be resolved and hopefully by someone other than Kyle.
