Austin was perfect. When I got my car back, I could not get the passenger Windows to work.With a new battery the system was reset. She kindly talked me through the process to get them to work from the driver's seat. Through our the whole repair process, she was so kind and accomidating. She is AWESOME.

Molly confirmed that the vibration in my steering wheel and the car seat was likely a tire balance issue, especially since they were rotated two weeks ago. The tech did a short before and after drive and the vibration was gone after the tires Were rebalanced. I appreciated the ease of this service as I had no appointment. Thank you.

Kyle was actually the best service consultant I have had in my coming to Toyota for about 20 years now. He was helpful,knowledgeable , friendly & returned my phone calls. My car was kept overnight. Tires were supposed to be rotated. The road rash that was on the drivers rear rim is still in the same spot. I keep my tires at 45 in the front and 55 in the back. One if the tires in the back was still at the original pressure that only the back was. They. claim to have adjusted them all to 40. They ranged from 26 to 54. They were supposed to look for 3 things that all are inconsistent. One was the squeal in the drivers window. They claimed to not be able to replicate the noise. It made it the very first time I rolled it down after leaving the dealership, and it’s made it almost every time since. The belt squeal started within a half mile of the dealer.

When I returned to pick up my vehicle minutes after being called by Jason Lipman to advise it was ready, as I entered shortly after, he called me Mr. Brown. Well, that's not my name obviously and doubt Jason was even working with a Mr Brown that day. It's my opinion that this was Jason’s way of giving a racist nudge as I am Hispanic and have brown skin. Well, it's brown mainly from spending a lot of time in the sun playing on my boat and our pool but brown all the same. There was another in the room, the other guy who sits in the same office who witnessed this and walk out just after. Jason seemed somewhat soft minded, as if he had been sucking down a lot of fumes for a long time with a thinly veiled friendly customer service words but felt he was just going through the motions and didn't really mean it...doubt I would have felt that way if he didn't call me Mr Brown. If you bother to investigate and look at his appointments for the day and if there was a mr brown ANYTIME that day then I would change my opinion but I HIGHLY doubt it! Good luck with him, he's going to poss someone off far worse than me.
