Failure to complete in a timely manner, other vehicles that came in after me were put in front of mine. When asked could not explain so I asked to have my Vehical back and will take it to the Folsom dealer who is honest about how long a general maintenance will be. I had an appointment and with that should not take 2 hours for routine maintenance. 3 time this has happened at Roseville dealership. That’s why I do not buy there. No respect for others time.
Will not recommend. I may change my purchase to ford Or Chevy next time. I have owned tundras and Toyota in general since I was 16. Roseville has lost touch with me. I’m sure it doesn’t matter, however should correct and be more honest about times and respect others schedules.

Michael was a wonderful receiver. He answered all my excessive questions with patience, friendliness and thoroughness. My car took 2.5 hrs which seemed very long for the fix that was required and the fact I had an appointment. I wasn’t called but finally checked in after that amount of time and was told it was ready. I was pleased with the work done. Great job! However I would have been *completely* satisfied if they would have cleaned the condensation of my fog light, to match the one they were working on. That would have been a very kind and helpful gesture, since it’s something I cannot do myself. Thank you for your service.
