Dropped my car off at 10:15AM and don’t get it back until 12:15pm, I was told it would be an hour. In Oregon, where I live, they service the car on the hour...as told. I understand there is a high demand and low staff, but it should not have taken that long to change oil, rotate tires, check brakes, and top fluids. I missed appointments due the extra hour because the car was put on the back burner for so long.

The service was terrible and disappointing. I have had trouble with the same part 4 times. They have always covered it as my truck is only at 47000 miles. This visit, I was denied warranty service for the same problem. Instead of trying to work with me, they flat out denied and were difficult and unpleasant to speak to. Cole, the service manager specifically. He made the issue personal, instead of keeping it professional. Very disappointed and will not be going back to this service center.

While the employee Molly was kind, I am disappointed in the timeliness of service. I arrived at 815 for my 800 appointment as was told my car would be done in abo it an hour or hour and a half. I was told around 930 my brakes need to be done and I approved for them to be serviced was told it would take 2 hours and decided to wait. At 1115, 15 minutes prior to when my car was supposed to be done I get a call stating they were backed up and my car would not be done until 130. That’s unacceptable. I did not plan for my car to be there for 5 hours, and am annoyed that I wasn’t told until the last minute that my car would not be done at the expected time.
