Only the touch driver side handle still doesn’t unlock all the doors. Mike was the nicest person I’ve ever dealt wit at your Service Dept. which was a pleasant surprise under these trying times. The crew outside also were very nice too And as long as I do not have to get a service manage involved as I have had to do in the past that is a good thing because The two I have dealt with in the past - let’s just say I was not happy with their support, they quoted me a price in the spot ok And ordered the part - then I came back to have it installed so I say for 3 hrs waiting o ly to be told the car was ready but the bill was $ 0 I knew That wasn’t correct so I asked to speak to the service Mgr that quoted The price - he didn’t come to speak to me but sent someone slaw to tell me it was The wrong part! Then I was so angry I left! Totally frustrated swearing I’d be er do back again I finally calmed down and this time another guy who was a service manager spoke to me and said the part and cost to install it would be $600.00! I fail to see how the cost would jump so big but I had no choice and he promised To ensure that he would order and get the correct part - which he did but I still have a bitter taste about dealing with your service dept but I bought my car at your dealership so I co to use to bring the car there for maintenance- since you are the closest and only dealer that I can drive to. Also you need to have chairs not stools available for elderly or hand-i-capped people like me a place to sit to deal with the Employees like Mike - standing for me is hard and I have mentioned this before - also everyone who saw me trying to get in and out Through the doors came to my aid. There were issues. All of the lights for service are non. I went back in to have the settings changed. After 3 days they are still on. My key fob to my new car was broken and springs popping off, missing button. Went back the next morning and the cover had to be replaced. Found deep scratches non driver wheel rim and small crack on corner of plastic grill. Reported that to Michael North. Waiting for response. He has photos of damage and filed report when my key fob was being fixed. Overall not very satisfied with these issues but Michael was very helpful and professional.
